ON LEUNG CHINESE MERCHANT vs. WING CHAN
Lustig represented CMA, a not for profit organization, in their action against Wing Chan, the former National President for corporate malfeasance. Chan leased On Leung property to his personal corporation at a submarket rate and the subleased the same property at market rate. Chan action resulted in a substantial windfall to Chan. Lustig successfully terminated the sweetheart lease. CMA received a 3.5 million dollar recovery.

LI vs. BARBARO CONSTRUCTION
Lustig represented Fu Guang Li, a 71-year-old Chinese, permanent resident, in a personal injury action against Barbaro Construction. Mr. Li suffered a closed head brain injury when a Barbaro Construction truck struck him while he was riding his bicycle. Despite Mr. Li's advanced age, Mr. Lustig was able to secure a 2.5 million dollar settlement for the Mr. Li.

ESTATE OF WUBBS vs. SHIMTOMORE TIRES and AMERICAN HONDA
Mr. Lustig assisted in the representation of the Wubbs Family in a products liability action against Shimtomore Tires and American Honda, Lustig successfully established that a fatal motorcycle accident was caused by in a facture of motor scooter's tires bead design. The matter settled with Lustig's clients obtaining 4 million dollars.

KIMBERLY JEFFERIES vs. CHICAGO HOUSING AUTHORITY
Mr. Lustig represented a 2 year boy in a premises liability suit against the Chicago Public Housing Authority. The boy suffered second and third degree burns to his lower right leg after the leg became trapped in a stream hole on CHA property. 1.5 million was obtained for child.
